1. Child Care Specialist
- Full-Time
Provide direct care and support to children involved in Christian World Vision. Ensure their well-being and assist with their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and physical support to children.
- Plan and participate in educational and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support child development.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, especially in a care setting.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
2. Fundraising Coordinator
- Contract
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support Christian World Vision. Build relationships with donors and manage fundraising events.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Track and report on fundraising progress.
- Requirements:
- Experience in fundraising or non-profit development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create compelling fundraising materials.
3. Volunteer Coordinator
- Contract
- Description: Manage and support volunteers for Christian World Vision. Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer activities to ensure effective engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new volunteers.
- Organize volunteer schedules and activities.
- Provide training and support to ensure a positive volunteer experience.
- Requirements:
- Experience in volunteer management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and people skills.
- Passion for working with volunteers and supporting community initiatives.
